Joyful Learning-Teaching Program (JLTP)

Systematic inputs to the faculty members on learning and teaching methods can directly impact the competency building of the students. To address this need a workshop on learning and teaching methods is specifically designed for faculty members.

After attending this program, the participants will be able to:

Comprehend and use adult learning principles in teaching/training/facilitation.

Interpret different styles of learning.

Identify the appropriate learning objectives and conduct sessions in line with those.

Choose appropriate method/s of instruction according to learning objective.

Appreciate the finer points of teaching methods like discussion, case analysis, presentation, team projects work, etc.
