There are 677 Universities, 37,204 autonomous colleges, 11443 stand-alone institutions of professional education in India. The number of institutions in India are comparable to the numbers in many developed countries. However, a minuscule fraction of these institutions and universities are comparable to international benchmarks in terms of governance, teaching and learning methods, research output, international outreach and engagement with the community. Employability of the students coming out of the most of the Indian institutions is also a big concern.

We believe that many of these challenges can be addressed through competency building and collaborative working of various stakeholders of the universities and institutions.

KnowledgeBliss is established to expedite and assist in this process of competence building of institutional leaders, faculty members, and students and facilitate the dialogue and collaborative work amongst different stakeholders.
The programs are delivered through an integrated teaching and learning method involving case studies, group activities, field visits and online virtual sessions. The focuses of the programs are not only conceptual or theoretical but also practical and participatory.

The Resource Persons (trainers) of the leadership training programs are leading academics, academic administrators and leaders, and management experts, bankers, Vice Chancellors of universities both from India and abroad.
The program duration depends on the need of the organization could range from 2 days to 4 weeks depending on the need of the institutions. Content of the proposed programmes are customized to each level/group of leaders.
